    Art Therapist

Isabella is passionate about placing lived experience at the core of her practice and centering the voices of those she works alongside. As an art therapist she supports individuals in building their capacity, personal autonomy, and values all forms of expression. The space she offers is LGBTQIA+ friendly, neurodivergent affirming, and accepting of all peoples. She approaches therapy with a focus on trauma-informed care, centering the individual, and emphasising connectedness to foster trusting therapeutic relationships.

Isabella works with children, adolescents, and adults, focusing on emotional regulation, understanding social barriers, self-compassion, and supporting clients to discover their voice.

She is committed to supporting the whole person through an interweaving of Polyvagal Theory and Intersectionality, using various modalities such as creative writing, movement, visual arts, expressive dance, and presence. Dedicated to fostering honest, genuine therapeutic relationships, Isabella values continuous learning. She acknowledges that therapy can be challenging and approaches it with empathy, compassion, openness, playfulness, positivity, and inclusion.
