Sara-Lynn Hind

Sara-Lynn is a Speech Pathologist with over 15 years of experience assessing and working with children with a wide range of speech, language and communication difficulties.
Prior to joining Crisalida, Sara-Lynn has worked in hospitals, early intervention centres, mainstream and specialist schools, mental health units, and was a senior clinician at reputable multidisciplinary clinics in both London and Melbourne. She provided voluntary speech and language therapy in West Africa. She has also worked as a Clinical Educator for Melbourne University and provides regular supervision to newly qualified Speech Pathologists.

Sara-Lynn is committed to providing evidence-based intervention and is a strong believer in focussing on a child’s strengths. She uses a client-centred approach and believes that working in partnership with families is crucial in order to deliver effective therapy.
Sara-Lynn has a special interest in working with Autistic children and supporting children and their families in understanding their diagnosis. She is ADOS and MIGDAS trained and currently works within the specialist Autism diagnostic assessment team at a public hospital. Sara-Lynn believes in neurodiverse affirming practice.
Sara-Lynn is particularly passionate about working with pre-schoolers with Speech Sound Disorders and Autistic children.
She is a member of Speech Pathology Australia and a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist.
